If returned dirty/uncleaned you will be refunded only 50% of the cost of the product. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product and or for a replacement. Once we receive your item we will first inspect the items and then notify you that we have received your return and we will refund you the amount of the sale of the product price ONLY and or minus use of any part of the product and a $3.00 restocking fee, immediately through your payment account.

**NO refunds on International Sales.** Since we ship First Class International, if your product is lost or damaged during shipping it is up to you, the customer, to file a claim with your delivery service. Having your order shipped Express Mail will give you tracking and more security for any lost or damaged packages.

Kitty's Loo® ships using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail within the USA. When shipping internationally we use USPS First Class International. First Class International does not have insurance or Priority Mail tracking. Once the product leaves the USA, Kitty's Loo® is NOT responsible for any lost or damages that occur during shipment. Please keep this in mind before you place your order. We ship out within 24 hours of when your order is placed Monday through Friday and Saturday before 12:00. If your order is placed on Saturday afternoon it will be mailed out the following business day.
